The academic department
The academic department is one of the main components of the Cultural Mission. Its main function is focused on supervising students, following up their course and assisting them in overcoming any hindrances to their studies, if any, in addition to other tasks including:

Facilitation of enrolment procedures, but not applying on behalf of the student since education institutions stipulate that students should complete the admission form by themselves to preserve the confidentiality of personal information, and that students should sign the form by themselves.

Assisting the students nominated for study in finding the appropriate university, college or institute according to the list of the educational institutions accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Giving the financial letter of guarantee to new students. In addition, the department assists in providing a letter “To whom it may concern” to help the student open a bank account or rent lodging.

Following-up study progress and academic attainment reports, and transmitting them to the Ministry, after adding the necessary comments in each report, for reference by scholarship providers.
