After arrival procedures

The Mission provides transport and accommodation for the scholar who arrives at any of London airports, subject to the provisions of the Law of Scholarships, Fellowships and Study Grants and its Implementing Regulations. Any students who arrive outside Greater London should arrange reception and accommodation in coordination with the Mission within ample time before arrival. Any students who arrange transport and reception by themselves should keep the transport and accommodation invoices for reimbursement procedures.

In the first days of arrival, students should do their best to not only get acquainted with the local society, but also to consolidate their relationship with the Mission. On arrival, all students should contact the financial and academic departments to submit the completed arrival form so that the system can be updated; otherwise, payment of the financial allowances may be delayed.
