The Cultural Mission endeavours to provide a quality service that meets the needs of its students at all times. The main aim of the Mission is to gain the satisfaction of students, based on three main principles:

Identifying the needs of our students and responding to them fully.

Providing study service procedures to avoid any possibility of error.

Everyone should be fully aware of their duties and how to perform them properly.
For the sake of the successful implementation of such policy, the staff should pinpoint the student needs and make every possible effort to meet them.
